DYWIDAG Tie-Rod System

Cost-effective tie-rod solution for infrastructure and marine applications.

Tie rods produced from DYWIDAG Threadbars are used for marine bulkheads, docking facilities, barge and ship docks as well as offshore platforms. They are a cost-effective alternative to large diameter tie rods with upset threads.

GEWl® and GEWl® Plus steel grades are highly resistant to embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking. In addition, various corrosion protection systems and pre-stressing options are available, to ensure longevity.
