• Testing

We offer a comprehensive portfolio of anchor, pile and soil nail tests to ensure the integrity and safety of your foundation and support systems, enabling any issues to be detected and corrected or to confirm design capacities. The tests we offer include:​

• Suitability and acceptance tests on temporary bar and strand anchors​

• Suitability (with monitoring by the PÜZ office if required) and acceptance tests  on permanent rod and strand anchors​

• Fixing (prestressing) of horizontal or dead-man anchors (tension anchors)​

• Static load tests on GEWI or hollow bar micropiles​

• Lift-off tests on temporary and permanent bar and strand anchors (force determination or post-tensioning)​

• Test loads on GEWI or hollow bar soil nails according to approvals​

• Manual or hydraulic locking of GEWI couplings or end anchorages​

• Production of DYWIDAG extruded coupler splices "FLIMU"
